Booking Conditions:

  • Bookings are only confirmed when full payment is received or credit card details submitted.

  • Bookings require a $200 non-refundable booking fee deducted from final payment, with follow up 50% Confirmation Payment within 14 days, and final payment no later than 10 days prior to the service




    • Cancellation Policy:

  • Booking 50% Confirmation Payment is non-refundable.

  • If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is provided, a 100% charge applies to the full rate.

  • Absence (no show) full charge applies.


    General Conditions:


  • Credit card payments attract a bank surcharge of 3.5%.
