BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking for a Romantic Tour.
We accept Direct Deposit, Credit Card and Cash.

Bookings for Romantic Tours must be made via e-mail or phone.
Confirmation of date and time will be confirmed as soon as possible.
To redeem any vouchers or gift certificates they must be presented on the day and within a valid date.
Credit Cards attract a 2.5% bank surcharge.

WEATHER
Our carriage can be enclosed to keep out showers. In the unlikely case of a severe weather warning being issued for storms/heavy rain or the temperature forecast is over 40 degrees for the day we will cancel our attendance for the safety of our customers and the welfare of our horse. Notification of this will happen as soon as the weather warning is issued. In these circumstances a re-schedule or full refund will be issued.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fee 100% if cancelled within 24 hours. This includes no shows.
Cancellations on behalf of the customer will not receive a refunded deposit or full payment if it has been made, unless the date is then booked by another customer.
ALCOHOL ON THE WAGON
Wine or other alcohol bought during your tour can be kept on the wagon in a safe place while you enjoy the tour.

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
Swan Valley Wagon Tours has had considerable experience working with people with a range of disabilities and their carers, enabling us to give disabled passengers a great experience on our wagons. Our wagons do not have wheelchair access, so you may need to be physically assisted to get on-board. Ultimately, it comes down to our team working with you to figure out the best possible way of helping you get the most out of your day. Please contact us to discuss the nature of your disability so we can do everything we can to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience. Importantly, we are affiliated with Companion Card Program WA which gives carers free rides on the wagon.
